Regional Account Manager [Industrial Gas | Up to $8k | West]
Drive strategic account growth and client satisfaction across Southeast Asia for a leading industrial solutions provider.
Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients and affiliates across Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, and the Philippines.
- Act as the primary contact for escalations and strategic discussions with regional clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with sales teams to expand market share across Southeast Asia.
- Develop and implement account strategies tailored to regional market dynamics.
- Align client objectives with company offerings to maximise value delivery.
- Monitor account performance and key metrics, preparing regular reports for senior leadership.
- Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure service excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in account management or regional sales.
- Prior experience in the industrial or electronic gases sector is an added advantage.
- Proven success in managing multi-country accounts and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Excel.
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to navigate diverse business environments.
- Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia.
