Job Description
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regional clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for escalations and strategic discussions.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with sales teams to expand market share across the region.
- Develop and execute account strategies tailored to regional market dynamics.
- Align client goals with company offerings to maximize value.
- Track KPIs and account performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports and forecasts for senior leadership.
- Work with logistics, supply chain and operations team to ensure service excellence.
- Any other duties assigned by the Company.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in account management or regional sales, prior experience in Industrial or Electronic gases is ideal.
- Proven track record of managing multi-country accounts and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM tools and Excel.
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to navigate diverse business environments.
- Willingness to travel across South East Asia.
