A leading energy solutions provider in Singapore is looking for a Regional Account Manager (Hyperscale) to manage key clients in the APAC Data Center segment. This role involves nurturing client relationships, strategizing for mutual objectives, and driving growth across business units. Ideal candidates will have over 10 years of experience in account management, a strong networking background in data centers, and excellent English communication skills. We are seeking for a Regional Account Manager (Hyperscale) covering the APAC Data Center Segment.
The Regional Account Manager is responsible for nurturing and maintaining relationships with the organization's most important clients. This involves communicating with Senior Executives (including C-levels), decision makers and people of influence in the organization, to understand their needs, ensuring satisfaction, and maximizing opportunities across various Business Units.
The Regional Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact between the company and the client, strategizing to meet both parties' objectives while driving growth and profitability.
The Regional Account Manager is responsible for managing all business opportunities with in-country teams across APAC for the assigned accounts, who have presence in the region. Be part of the sales functions / processes, developing the accounts, managing issues and providing resolutions on any possible situations.
The goal is to contribute to sustaining and growing our business to achieve long‑term success.
You will maintain long‑term, strategic relationships with selected accounts, serve as single point of contact with customers, leading technical and commercial negotiations.
You will lead account reviews, build account plans and sales strategies, inclusive of a thorough understanding of customers’ stakeholders, strategies, and processes for business growth.
You will do early identification, qualification and engagement of sales opportunities with cross‑business sales teams, identifying and satisfying customers’ needs with innovative solutions, contributing to building a sustainable data center.
You will drive Capture Teams, Must Wins, relevant pipeline management and implement local & global sales processes and tools, support bottom‑up Market Insights and Market Outlook (MIMO) processes and lead forecasting and long‑term demand estimates and expand data center service business.
You will be driving the growth of the data center service business within APAC.
You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
