Job summary

The role requires a Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and at least 5 years in supervision, with strong leadership and English communication skills. Ability to perform under pressure during tight shutdown schedules is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years experience in supervising mechanical works, preferably in refinery/shutdown projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication skills in English (written & spoken).
• Ability to work under pressure and handle tight shutdown schedules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily mechanical activities at site during shutdown/refinery projects.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment effectively to meet project timelines.
• Monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and report daily updates to project management.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the work team, ensuring efficient execution.
• Liaise with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Conduct toolbox talks, ensure adherence to HSE standards, and maintain a safe work environment.
