Earn 1.00% of multi‑million dollar deals as a referral partner.

Seeking individuals with relationships with private equity firms, family offices or high‑net‑worth investors.

Since 2007, our client has arranged private stock‑secured refinancing for non‑US companies, family offices and investors, providing liquidity without selling shares for refinancing debt, working capital, acquisitions, and real‑estate.

This role is suitable for business advisors, M&A advisors, and consultants who recognize the value of helping clients unlock equity from concentrated stock positions listed on various global exchanges.

This fee‑sharing role is ideal for connectors who want to monetize their network while we handle sales, delivery, and administration.

Your Role

• Leverage your network to connect investors, managing partners, founders, CEOs with our liquidity solutions.
• Act as an ambassador promoting our services with clarity and professionalism.
