Job summary

EXPRESS PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Ansible Platform Administrator to automate tasks and unify configurations across Linux, Windows, and hybrid clouds. You will design clean playbooks, reusable roles, and manage dynamic inventories to ensure consistency and rapid software releases.

The role requires strong Linux/Unix administration, scripting in YAML with Python/PowerShell, and hands-on work with Ansible, AAP, Tower, AWX, and OpenShift. A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Advanced knowledge of Red Hat Ansible platform is advantageous.
• 6+ years in Ansible Playbook Platform administration.
• Experience managing Kubernetes clusters across multi-cloud environments.
• Operationalization and automation using Ansible Playbook.
• GitOps principles and Serverless frameworks; migration to OpenShift.
• Experience with infrastructure as code, automation tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience implementing system infrastructure and cloud solutions, including data storage, networking, monitoring, and security.

• Configuration Management: Ensure server configurations remain consistent and eliminate configuration drift across Linux, Windows, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Integration: Integrate Ansible into continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to speed up software releases.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve execution issues, optimize automation speed, and secure connection frameworks via SSH or the Ansible Automation Platform (AAP)

Key Skills Needed

• Playbook & Role Design: Write clean, idempotent playbooks, reusable roles, and manage dynamic inventories.
• Systems Administration: Strong command of Linux/Unix Systems and Windows Server environments.
• Scripting & Languages: Proficiency in YAML for configuration alongside Python or PowerShell for custom modules.
• Infrastructure Platforms: Experience with the Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), Tower, or AWX
• Certifications: RedHat Ansible Playbook Certifications

• 6+ years of experience working in a Ansible Playbook Platform administration role
• Bachelor's degree or its equivalent qualification

• Proven expertise in operationalization and automation using Ansible Playbook
