Job summary

KPMG Singapore is seeking a cybersecurity professional with red teaming and pentesting experience to lead engagements for local and international clients. You will identify vulnerabilities, test defenses, and provide actionable guidance to executive stakeholders.

The role emphasizes collaboration across cloud, network, web, and mobile environments, risk awareness, and delivering practical security improvements while coaching junior staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of consulting experience in Red Teaming/Pentesting with industry certifications such as OSCP, CRT, CPTS, or CBBH/CWES considered highly desirable
• Passionate and able to demonstrate strong interest in cybersecurity, especially technical assessments/reviews
• Experienced in security testing domains including red teaming, threat intelligence, and vulnerability assessments across web, network, mobile, cloud, and thick clients
• Exposure to cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud with understanding of cloud security best practices
• Understanding of large language models (LLMs) and their applications in cybersecurity
• Ability to lead red teaming engagements from planning to execution, and develop/implement TTPs based on threat actor profiles
• Strong project management skills to oversee multiple engagements across testing disciplines and meet requirements

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve complex issues and develop innovative solutions for high profile clients on local and international engagements
• Actively identify and support business development opportunities including proposal writing and client presentations
• Coach and develop team members as part of the firm’s Performance Management process or on engagements
