A recruitment firm is seeking a Recruitment Team Lead in Singapore. The role involves mentoring a team of recruiters to meet operational targets while ensuring resource efficiency and high candidate quality. Candidates should have at least 3 years of recruitment experience and strong leadership skills. Successful candidates will demonstrate results-driven outcomes and effective communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of Recruiters to achieve operational and performance targets.
Ensure efficient resource allocation and alignment with job cluster priorities.
Maintain high fulfillment rates, candidate quality, and operational efficiency.
Act as the primary point of escalation for the team and ensure smooth communication with the Recruitment Manager.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business, or a related field
Min 3 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or mentoring capacity.
Leadership and team management skills for guiding and developing team members.
Results-driven with strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
