Recruiter / HR Specialist / HR Generalist (Singapore)

We are expanding our presence in Singapore and are looking for an HR professional who is passionate about recruitment and enjoys working in a dynamic, cross‑cultural environment. This role focuses primarily on talent acquisition while supporting general HR operations for our fast‑growing renewable energy organisation.

About the Role

The HR Specialist will manage end‑to‑end recruitment for regional positions and support selected global hiring needs in collaboration with our Headquarters. The role involves hands‑on sourcing, stakeholder engagement, and HR coordination, with a strong emphasis on compliance with Singapore labour regulations. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, independent, and comfortable working across different cultures and functions.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
  • Manage full‑cycle recruitment for regional roles across different functions.
  • Conduct proactive sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
  • Coordinate and support global recruitment activities in collaboration with HQ and regional teams.
  • Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates; manage interview scheduling and feedback loops.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activities.
Campus & Early Talent Recruitment
  • Plan and execute local campus recruitment activities, including career fairs, university partnerships, and other programmes.
  • Coordinate with academic institutions and student organisations to strengthen early‑talent pipelines.
HR Operations & Administration
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with local labour regulations.
  • Maintain HR records, documentation, and employee data with accuracy.
  • Assist with HR reporting, contract preparation, and basic HR administrative tasks.
  • Provide support in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Stakeholder Management
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide recruitment insights.
  • Collaborate with HQ teams in China to ensure smooth communication and alignment on hiring priorities.
  • Advise stakeholders on recruitment best practices and market trends.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Fields such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or Management are preferred.
Experience
  • 3 to 15 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to recruitment.
  • Strong familiarity with Singapore labour laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Experience hiring across different functions.
  • Experience in the renewable energy, energy storage, or related technical industries is an advantage.
