North Region (Industrial Estate with many affordable meal options. Employees may also be allocated a free parking lot, subjected to availability)

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct cold calling using the leads provided by the company and through personal referrals.
  • Utilise creative business development methodologies to acquire new business, while maintaining close partnership with existing ones.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new and existing corporate clients through active engagement with clients.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline by sourcing passive candidates and nurturing relationships.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic insights on candidate availability and market trends.
  • Utilize creative sourcing techniques to expand our candidate reach.
  • Analyze data and market trends to enhance our recruitment strategies.
