Salary: From $12/hour (Part-Time)

We Are Hiring! Join our energetic and dynamic team as a Recruitment Officer. We welcome both entry-level candidates and experienced individuals who are passionate about communication, people, and achieving great results.

Positions Available
  • Part-Time Recruitment Officers: $12/hour (Monday to Friday only)
  • Opportunity for conversion to Full-Time based on performance
  • Attractive bonuses available if targets are met
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and calling potential candidates from designated resume portals
  • Scheduling interviews via Zoom or in-office (based on consultants’ calendar)
  • Following up with candidates after their first round of interviews
  • Meeting individual KPIs set by the management team
  • Providing weekly updates on performance
  • Building and maintaining good relationships with potential candidates
  • Collaborating with team members to meet hiring goals
Working Conditions
  • Working hours for Part-Time: Weekdays only, flexible hours available
  • No work-from-home unless on an exceptional, case-by-case basis
  • Friendly and supportive work environment
  • Confirmation period for full-time roles: 3 months or based on KPI performance
Requirements
  • Recognised degree or local polytechnic diploma (preferred)
  • Able to start work immediately is an advantage
  • Able to communicate effectively; fluency in Chinese will be a plus (to liaise with Chinese-speaking candidates)
  • Sociable, team-oriented, and results-driven
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Entry-level candidates, students, and those without prior experience are welcome to apply
