Overview

As the Recruitment Manager, you will manage full recruitment cycle for frontline clinical and commercial roles across Singapore and Malaysia. This is a hands-on, high-volume hiring role focused on daily interviewing, shortlisting, and ensuring strong new-hire performance during the first 90 days. You will play a critical part in supporting clinic expansion and HQ build-up.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for doctors, sales consultants, therapists, and clinic operations staff.
  • Conduct daily prescreening, interviews, and assessments to ensure hiring quality and alignment with service and clinical standards.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, hiring panel alignment, and timely offer decisions.
  • Manage the end-to-end offer administration, on-boarding and off-boarding process
  • Monitor new hire progress during 30/60/90 days and work with Clinic Managers to track performance, attendance, and readiness.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for key roles across SG/MY.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, maintain weekly updates, and forecast time-to-fill.
  • Ensure proper documentation and PDPA-compliant candidate records.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment activities to strengthen the talent funnel.
Requirements
  • 4 to 6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare, retail, beauty, or high-volume service environments.
  • Strong interviewing and talent assessment skills.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin to be able to communicate with and interview Mandarin-speaking candidates across SG/MY.
  • Familiarity with Singapore employment laws and basic HR compliance.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple roles simultaneously.
