Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Recruitment Consultants and support staff, driving them to consistently meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Conduct regular follow up meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to develop consultants' skills in sourcing, negotiation, and client relationship management.
- Grow the team by attracting and grooming of suitable consultants
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts. Identify and secure new client partnerships within the Retail/ Consumer market.
- Implement effective recruitment and sales strategies to maximize market penetration.
- Support with delivery of roles and cases
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of proven success as a Recruitment Consultant within an agency setting with at least 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
- Exceptional skills in business development, negotiation, and closing cases
- Demonstrated ability to inspire, train, and develop high-performing recruitment professionals.
- In-depth knowledge of the [Your Niche] industry and recruitment market trends.
