  • Drive efficient and high-performing recruitment operations to achieve organizational fulfillment targets
  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines across job clusters, ensuring readiness to meet client demands.
  • Optimize workflows, performance metrics, and resource allocation to improve fulfillment rates and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure alignment between RCO activities and Industry Unit (IU) objectives, delivering on both client and organizational expectations

Requirements:
