Employer Servicing Executive

This role establishes links with employers to provide professional recruitment services to clients. This role requires establishing and maintaining close working relationships with employers, career coaches, Ingeus clients and other key stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with employers to secure job vacancies and placement opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a structured sales and outreach plan to grow employer accounts and expand job opportunities for clients.
  • Achieve or exceed set targets in job placements and employer engagement through a consistent vacancy servicing process.
  • Educate and assist employers in navigating government programs and initiatives relevant to workforce hiring.
  • Organize and participate in networking activities to acquire new employer partnerships.
  • Submit high-quality, formatted resumes to employers to increase interview conversion rates.
  • Plan, customize, and deliver employer engagement and recruitment events.
  • Collaborate closely with Career Coaches to match clients with suitable job opportunities, ensuring quality referrals based on hiring needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all employer interactions using Ingeus’ internal management system.
  • Coordinate and execute recruitment drives and events to meet employers’ hiring needs.
  • Support onboarding of enterprise customers and facilitate the registration of their employees with Polaris.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma qualification.
  • 3–4 years of relevant work experience, with at least 1–2 years in the space of recruitment agency or internal talent acquisition.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and written skills.
  • A team player with strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Well-organized, with effective planning and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up on pending tasks and deliverables.
