• Drive the full recruitment lifecycle including market research, sourcing, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver customized talent solutions.
• Manage a mix of recruitment assignments, including urgent hires and niche positions.
• Build and deepen stakeholder relationships in your client portfolio.
• Provide onboarding and post-placement support to ensure candidate success.

About the Role

Unlike traditional HR roles, you will have ownership of a client portfolio. You will build relationships with hiring managers, develop new business opportunities, and manage recruitment assignments from start to finish. Your performance directly contributes to revenue and is rewarded through an uncapped commission structure.

You will play a key role in influencing hiring decisions and maintaining long-term client partnerships.
