Job Description
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with new and existing clients and provide full recruitment support
  • Identify new business opportunities and ensure repeated assignments from current clients
  • Understand clients’ business and identify their recruitment needs
  • Source, short‑list and select suitable candidates via networking, social media, advertising and referrals
  • Conduct interviews with candidates and assess their suitability based on the client’s requirement and needs
  • Create profiling of suitable candidates to be proposed to the engaged clients for consideration
  • Provide professional advice to clients and candidates to manage expectations
  • Coordinate interview arrangements between clients and candidates
  • Conduct reference checks on candidates on behalf of clients
  • Coordinate and negotiate salary offers on behalf of clients and candidates
  • Perform post‑recruitment follow‑up with clients and candidates
  • Provide good customer service and build rapport with clients and candidates
  • Complete ad‑hoc duties assigned by the company
Job Requirements
  • Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and sales‑focused, with good follow‑up skills
  • 2 to 3 years of Recruitment Consultant/Sales experience handling both client and candidate sides
  • Achieve sales targets assigned by the company
  • Possess high energy level and enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment
  • A positive attitude, able to work independently and as a team player
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good business manner to communicate with management level people
  • Business level English to liaise with English‑speaking clients
  • CEI certification is advantageous
