A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to source and interview candidates, coordinate interviews, and negotiate employment terms. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree and excellent communication skills. Sales experience is preferred but training will be provided. This role offers a dynamic working environment with opportunities for business development.
Source and interview candidates through various channels, including job portals and social media platforms.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates.
Ensure smooth onboarding by collaborating closely with HR for new hires.
Develop new business opportunities by cold calls and engaging with new clients.
Requirements:
Diploma/degree in any field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Prior sales experience preferred. (Recruitment training will be provided)
