Role Summary

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the entire recruitment cycle — from sourcing to placement — while working with autonomy and purpose. You’ll enjoy team support, shared resources (like job ad credits), and opportunities to collaborate, all within a culture that values integrity, camaraderie, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: client intake, sourcing, screening, closing
  • Build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike
  • Collaborate with fellow recruiters when needed — we’re stronger together
  • Ensure timely updates and data hygiene in our ATS
  • Uphold our standards of professionalism, ethics, and transparency
  • Occasionally support recruitment marketing initiatives or special projects
Requirements
  • 2–3+ years of 360 recruitment experience
  • CEI Certification (Singapore) is mandatory
  • Proven sourcing and closing abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently while being a team player
  • Familiar with remote tools and applicant tracking systems
