We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our thriving team at Masters Career Consultancy Pte Ltd in Singapore. This is a full-time, home-based role with the opportunity to earn a highly competitive uncapped commission structure. As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle, from business development and client engagement to candidate sourcing and placement.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively build and manage a pipeline of clients across a range of industries.
• Engage with and consult clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored talent solutions.
• Source and screen high-quality candidates to match client requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interviewing, shortlisting and successfully placing candidates.
• Maintain and expand your professional network to continuously identify new business.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Contribute to the overall growth and development of the business.
