Responsibilities

• Based on clients' requirements, source suitable candidates to profile to clients
• The position is mainly a candidate holder, which may include briefing candidates on the opportunities offered by the clients
• Managing the process from the interview to the offer stage and beyond
• Meet KPIs set by the management
• Business development and sourcing of new clients are not necessary

Requirements

• Prior experience in the recruitment or HR consultancy industry is preferred
• Prior experience sourcing for candidates and ability to close positions
• CEI is essential
• Resourceful and possess high initiative and energy
• Strong sense of urgency
