Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
Working location: Harbourfront Centre

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates via job boards and platforms
• Conduct initial phone and video interviews
• Liaise with clients to understand hiring needs
• Match suitable candidates with available job roles
• Manage and update candidate records in CRM
• Draft job descriptions and post across platforms
• Arrange interviews and coordinate feedback
• Follow up with candidates and maintain long-term relationships
• Achieve hiring targets and placement goals
• Provide advice on market trends and salary benchmarks

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma and above
• People-oriented with strong communication skills
• Confident, proactive, and motivated by results
• Good time management and multitasking ability
• Comfortable speaking with candidates and clients alike
