Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage client relationships, identifying new business opportunities.
  • Drive the full 360 recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates.
  • Pitch and present recruitment solutions to clients, negotiating contracts and fees.
  • Conduct market research to identify hiring trends and business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of senior-level candidates through networking and headhunting.
  • Manage the offer process, ensuring a smooth candidate and client experience.
  • Mentor and support junior consultants to enhance team performance.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and industry best practices.
