Location: Orchard (Takashimaya)

Duration: Contract/Permanent

Working Hours: 8:30 - 6pm (Mon - Fri)

Salary: High Market Basic + (Uncapped) Incentive salary package

Job Responsibilities:

The role of the Recruiter to provide a vital link between both clients and candidates. The job is challenging and diverse and involves using business development, marketing techniques, client servicing, networking and talent acquisition in order to attract positions from corporate accounts and to source suitable candidates.

• Handling full cycle of recruitment process, from screening and interviewing job seekers, matching to the suitable roles, arranging of interviews, administration of job offers
• Liaising with corporate clients to understand their hiring needs
• Managing onboarding & offboarding of contractors
• To establish partnerships with and gain true understanding of clients' and candidates' needs, enabling yourself to successfully place the right candidate with the right client.
• On the client side, will work closely with corporate accounts to gain understanding of their requirements and identify needs for key talent, and support the client in developing proper job descriptions, match candidates to appropriate jobs, and negotiate offer terms and conditions.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, Professional degree with any field
• A record of high achievement in fast paced environment Or;
• People & Customer Oriented personality without any experience are welcome to apply as full training will be provided
• Resourceful, Success driven and Competitive yet unassuming mind set
• Possesses High Energy, A Teamplayer, with Good CCAs will be a plus point.
