Job description

Overview

The consulting role represents a face of our Practice via a 360-recruitment cycle, to develop our Urban Markets for the Built Environment across the Construction Desk.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: Cold-calling, telemarketing and networking to maintain excellent relationships with clients in the targeted market.
• Technical Search: Utilize a variety of methods to develop candidate pipeline, forming a comprehensive network of key talents that are both passive and active across the allocated desk (Construction and Design).
• Market Specialization: Stay informed on industry trends, monitor project movements and candidate activity; provide periodical updates and outlooks.
• Sales Management: Exceed set sales targets on a quarterly and annual basis.
