Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Recruitment Consultant who thrives on sales and building relationships. You will win new clients and place high-calibre candidates in permanent and flexible-staffing roles.

You will conduct business development, meet hiring managers and HR, manage full recruitment cycles, source candidates via job portals and LinkedIn, interview candidates and negotiate terms. A training program and clear commission structure await the successful candidate.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in any field or above.
• Prior sales, recruitment or business development experience is an advantage; full training provided.
• Naturally persuasive with strong relationship-building skills.
• Resilient, target-driven and self-motivated.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisation and follow-through.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Keen interest in healthcare or life sciences is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Win new client accounts through business development.
• Meet hiring managers and HR to understand business needs and hiring plans.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer and placement.
• Source candidates via portals, LinkedIn, networking and referrals.
• Conduct candidate interviews and match profiles to client requirements.
• Negotiate fees, terms and offers.
• Write and post job advertisements across platforms.
• Coordinate interviews and support candidates through onboarding.
• Track pipeline, targets and market trends.
