Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore seeks a dynamic 360 Recruitment Consultant to manage client relationships and source top talent across various industries. You will identify new business opportunities, carry out the recruitment process from sourcing to placement, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with recruitment tools. This is a full-time, permanent position with a target-driven environment.

Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this full-cycle role, you’ll be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, sourcing candidates, and successfully matching talent to job openings across various industries.

Location: East, Singapore
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent

🔍 Business Development & Client Management
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process with clients—from job briefings to offer negotiations
  • Provide market insights and consultation to clients
🧑💼 Candidate Sourcing & Management
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)
  • Conduct detailed candidate assessments and present qualified candidates to clients
  • Manage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle—from application to placement
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain talent pipelines
📊 Administrative & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of client and candidate interactions in the CRM
  • Prepare and present recruitment metrics, activity reports, and market trends
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and legal employment guidelines
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role (agency or in-house)
  • Atleast 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong business development and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
  • Proficient in recruitment tools, databases, and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, ATS systems)
