Recruitment Consultant [ 5 days / Central ]

Location: Redhill
Working days: Monday - Friday
Working hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm
Basic Salary: $2800 - $3200
Entitled to Monthly Commission + Team Bonding

Responsibilities

• Business development and managing of clients' 360 recruitment role
• Understanding clients' businesses and identifying the recruitment needs
• Performing in-person and phone interview with candidates
• Source for candidate to filled up client available vacancies
• Active sourcing for suitable candidates in accordance to clients' need and requirements
• Coordinate interview schedule and process with hiring manager
• Proactively reach out to potential clients to develop new business opportunities
