A recruitment consultancy company in Singapore is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. About The Role
  • Covering the full recruitment cycle (270 or 360) from sourcing, interest engagement, interview process, and offer management to onboarding
  • Providing professional recruitment services to candidates
  • Sourcing and placement of suitable professionals and talents to job opportunities with our portfolio of global clients
  • Bring good practices and knowledge of recruitment into the current team
  • Attractive compensation package: salary+commission+bonus+reward
Our ideal candidate has :
  • With at least 1-2 yrs of recruitment experience and a good understanding of manpower, be passionate about the recruitment industry
  • With a strong understanding and expertise of recruitment of software technical/corporate/business talents in the Internet industry
  • Strong communication skills and good at engaging clients and candidates
  • Result-oriented, resilient, resourceful, humble, persuasive, and independent
  • MOM CEI certification is preferred but not a must
