• CEI (Certificate in Employment Intermediaries) Certified.

• Establish and maintain robust relationships with stakeholders.
• Identify unique recruitment needs by understanding business requirements.
• Employ various sourcing methods to shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between stakeholders and candidates.
• Provide professional guidance and maintain post-recruitment relationships.
