Recruitment Consultant

Location: Tai Seng (3 minutes walk from Tai Seng MRT). Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm. Basic Salary: $2,250 – $2,800. Commission: Uncapped earning potential. Flexibility: Open to freelance / work-from-home arrangements.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and sales-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. You will be managing the full recruitment lifecycle while building strong relationships with clients and candidates. If you enjoy connecting with people, have a flair for sales, and thrive in a fast-paced environment — we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across various industries
  • Conduct cold calling and business development to source new clients and job opportunities
  • Source, screen, and evaluate job applications and resumes
  • Shortlist candidates and conduct preliminary phone screenings
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
  • Conduct reference and background checks as needed
  • Facilitate onboarding processes when required by clients
Requirements
  • Confident and comfortable with cold calling
  • Sales-driven, results-oriented, and persistent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Minimum Qualification: GCE ‘O’ Level and above (Candidates with lower qualifications but relevant experience in sales or customer service are welcome to apply.)
  • Prior experience in recruitment or sales is advantageous but not required — training will be provided
