Job Description

The objective of this role is to lead the recruitment team to identify new business opportunities for Visi Recruitment Firm. This includes identifying new markets, forming new partnerships with clients and service providers, and exploring innovative ways to reach existing markets, in order to market and present Visi recruitment and human resource services to generate revenue for the company.

About the role:

  1. Conduct business development through calling and door-to-door sales to prospect for new clients.
  2. Source and screen suitable candidates to match with job positions.
  3. Aim to increase placements each month.
  4. Develop opportunities in target and new markets.
  5. Nurture and maintain relationships with new and prospective clients.
  6. Attend meetings with clients and represent Visi professionally.
  7. Participate in industry networking events.
  8. Provide specialist advice on recruitment and human resource matters to new clients.
  9. Collaborate with the recruitment team on business development activities and negotiations, ensuring successful acquisition of new clients, smooth handover to the recruitment team, maintaining quality service delivery, and meeting performance goals.
  10. Propose process improvements and new strategies to generate and sustain business.
  11. Report to the Chief Business Development Director on business activities.

About you:

  • An experienced Sales / Business Development professional with at least 1 year of experience in the recruitment industry.
  • Preferably CEI certified.
  • Proven track record of closing sales deals and possessing a network of industry contacts.
  • Demonstrated team leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, articulate and professional.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined.
