About the Role

Unlike traditional HR roles, you will have ownership of a client portfolio. You will build relationships with hiring managers, develop new business opportunities, and manage recruitment assignments from start to finish. Your performance directly contributes to revenue and is rewarded through an uncapped commission structure.

You will play a key role in influencing hiring decisions and maintaining long-term client partnerships.

  • Drive the full recruitment lifecycle: market research, sourcing, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver customised talent solutions.
  • Handle a mix of recruitment assignments - urgent hires, long-term pipelines, and niche positions.
  • Build your own client portfolio and deepen stakeholder relationships.
  • Be part of onboarding and post-placement support to ensure candidate success.
Requirements
