Job description

Job Duties:

• Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
• Perform cold calls and outreach to develop new client accounts
• Manage client accounts by building and strengthening relationships.
• Understand clients' hiring needs and requirements
• Qualify candidates and arrange interviews.
• Meet sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction with professional service through pre and post sales.
• Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting the right candidates according to clients’ requirements
• Other ad-hoc duties applied
