Job Duties:
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Perform cold calls and outreach to develop new client accounts
- Manage client accounts by building and strengthening relationships.
- Understand clients' hiring needs and requirements
- Qualify candidates and arrange interviews.
- Meet sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction with professional service through pre and post sales.
- Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting the right candidates according to clients’ requirements
- Other ad-hoc duties applied
