We specialized in engineering and recruitment of talents in the manufacturing plants and related industries.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Identifying & developing client/business relationship;
• Screening / validating the resumes from database;
• Sourcing suitable candidates & briefing them on opportunities offered by clients;
• Or Actively seek candidates to fit specific openings and proactive profiles;
• Negotiating terms with candidates within agreed guidelines;
• Interview follow-ups;
• Coordinating with candidates for interview.
• Mail & phone Interaction;
• Meet up with candidates or clients when necessary.

Qualifications & experience

• a diploma/degree cert.; or
• Possesses CEI license/cert;
• Have experience working in the Recruitment or Sales arena;
• Possess a professional and consultative telephone manner;
• Understand the importance of soft sales skills;
