The Role : About the Role

The incumbent will be a strong team player who is keen to build a regional business

You should have proven Deals maker, Stakeholder Management skills , confident and polished in your presence, with exceptional communication skills, and should be looking to evolve and develop with a view to becoming a market leader in your respective specialism.

To Qualify for this role

• You have at least 3 years proven agency recruitment experience in Singapore or within the Asean region , CEI qualified , well connected in the specialization space that you focus in and keen to further build on that.
• You will possess strong work ethics, with the ability to perform both in a team and individually, but most importantly embrace the process and have fun along the way.
• The successful incumbent will have a strong sense of initiative, will be excited to learn, share and collaborate with the regional team, customer-focused with the ability to provide critical thinking and problem solving.
• Solid knowledge of human resource functional areas and policies / practices, e.g., compensation, salary administration, recruitment, training & development
• You will be paid a competitive high base salary and the opportunity to make unlimited performance commissions / bonuses.
