A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a recruitment support specialist to assist with candidate sourcing, client management, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR administration and possess strong communication skills. This role offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth.
Working Hours: 9am-6pm (5 days week)
Job Summary:
Recruitment Support:
Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for client requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Conduct reference checks and candidate background verifications.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Administrative Duties:
Handle documentation for candidate onboarding, contract preparation, and MOM submissions.
Apply, renew, and cancel work passes using MOM systems (EPOL, WPOL).
Ensure all documentation complies with MOM and internal audit requirements.
Maintain accurate filing of resumes, agreements, and work pass documents.
Client & Candidate Engagement:
Serve as a point of contact for clients and candidates during the recruitment and onboarding process.
Respond to queries regarding job openings, work pass status, or application progress.
Requirements:
CEI (Basic) Certification
Minimum O-Level / Diploma qualification.
At least 1 year of working experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR admin required.
Good knowledge of Singapore’s employment regulations and MOM systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and online recruitment/job portals.
