Roles & Responsibilities

• Generate new clients in Singapore through business development and cold calling to generate new job positions / requirements.
• Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates in Singapore to match client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Draft up job ads to attract applicants.
• Filter through candidates' applications and shortlist for respective clients.
• Coordinate interview arrangement and ensure candidates are well prepared.
• Do negotiations on salary and employment terms with candidates and clients whenever necessary.
• Ensure sales closures to achieve personal commission targets.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification and above.
• Authorized to work in Singapore.
• Certificate of Intermediaries License (CEI - Basic) is a MUST to conduct EA work.
• Relevant experience in recruitment agencies (360 degree) is an advantage but not a must.
• Familiarity with recruitment / sourcing platforms is a plus.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Self-motivated, disciplined and love to interact with people of all levels.
• Familiarity with Singapore's employment laws and regulations is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of industry knowledge.
• Strong networking.
• Confident, sales driven and results oriented.
