• Actively sourcing, screening, and interviewing high‑calibre candidates to build a strong talent pipeline
• Matching candidates to suitable job openings and facilitating the entire recruitment process

• Proactively engaging with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
• Negotiating competitive compensation packages and managing candidate and client expectations
