  • Experience in recruitment, admin, HR, sales or customer service is a bonus.

  • Screen resumes, conduct phone screening and shortlist suitable profiles.
  • Arrange appointment and coordinate with recruitment managers.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage onboarding for new recruits and help them settle in.
  • Support manpower planning and weekly recruitment targets.
  • Maintain candidate records, updating KPI for recruitment.
  • Assist with administrative paperwork requested by Directors.
  • Prepare simple weekly reports for management.
