Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a seasoned in-house recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring, collaborating across teams to meet TA objectives and build strong relationships with hiring managers. You will source and screen top talent, present candidates, and negotiate offers to win the best people for the company.

You will ensure a great candidate experience with timely, high-quality communications, and you will adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while aligning with ServiceNow's AI-driven hiring

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.


• 5+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment


• Ability to consult, influence and manage clients


• Demonstrated personal accountability and has an ability to build strong, productive relationships across the business


• Self-driven and highly motivated, with a true sense of ownership from start to finish


• Strong communication skills - ability to work cross functionally between the business and the internal staffing team
