About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to support end-to-end staffing and HR operations. The role involves candidate sourcing, profiling, HR advisory, client engagement, and the management of outsourced contract staff. This position also plays a key role in supporting digitalization initiatives, including Applicant Tracking System (ATS) setup and integration across MS365 and other platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, identify, qualify, and shortlist candidates for technology, banking, and financial services roles
- Conduct candidate profiling and preliminary assessments to ensure suitability and alignment with role requirements
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle including job posting, screening, interviews, offer management, and onboarding
- Support ATS implementation and workflow integration with MS365 and recruitment processes
- Assist in the digitalization and improvement of recruitment and HR operations
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand hiring needs and staffing plans
- Handle account management and ensure continuous service delivery standards
- Provide HR generalist guidance to clients and outsourced staff, including advisory on HR policies, performance, and employment matters
- Manage ongoing HR administration for contract/outsourced employees, including contract renewals and staff engagement
Requirements
- Prior experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition preferred (candidates without experience but whom are motivated are welcome to apply)
- Strong understanding of job functions and terminology in technology, banking, and financial services
- Tech-savvy with ability to adopt and leverage new HR tech tools, sourcing platforms, ATS systems, and MS365 productivity tools
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both clients and candidates
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Ability to manage multiple hiring assignments and deliver timely results in a fast-paced environment
