We’re seeking a dynamic Freelance Recruitment Specialist to support our talent acquisition efforts across diverse sectors. You’ll partner with hiring managers and branding teams to craft compelling job ads, source top-tier candidates, and elevate the candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively build and manage a pipeline of clients across a range of industries.
- Manage the 360 recruitment process from Junior to senior-level management positions.
- Engage with and consult clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored talent solutions.
- Source and screen high-quality candidates to match client requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interviewing, shortlisting and successfully placing candidates.
- Maintain and expand your professional network to continuously identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Contribute to the overall growth and development of the business.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 Year of experience in a recruitment or sales role, preferably in the human resources and recruitment industry.
- Proven track record of successful candidate placements and client engagement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
- Driven, resilient, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in using recruitment-related software and tools.
- CEI certified.
