Job Description
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for commercial functions, including but not limited to Business Analysts, Business Intelligence, Business Development, Marketing, Strategy, and Product Managers
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, advise on market trends, and define recruitment strategies
  • Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and campus outreach
  • Screen and assess candidates to ensure strong role fit and culture alignment
  • Coordinate interviews and provide timely updates to candidates and stakeholders
  • Conceptualise, drive and evaluate talent recruitment‑related initiatives that will contribute to long‑term improvements in the team’s objectives, productivity and development
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports to track progress and hiring metrics
  • Represent Shopee’s brand and culture in all candidate interactions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with relevant recruitment work experience or internships
  • Passion for people, organisational, and cultural transformation
  • Highly motivated self‑starter with independent decision‑making abilities and excellent problem‑solving skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, able to quickly evaluate situations, combine strong business judgement and people intuition to reach well‑founded decisions
  • Strong communication skills and able to work in a dynamic environment
  • Team player and resourceful with a positive can‑do attitude
  • Strong understanding of regional talent markets is a plus
  • Experience in regional roles and/or in large technology companies, and working with senior stakeholders, is a plus
