Responsibilities:

• Perform full spectrum of recruitment activities
• Manage, prioritize and close talent searches against a timeline and have experiences setting benchmarks, metrics and understand how to prioritize to hit the expected targets
• Actively seek business opportunities by speaking to clients and candidates as well as by keeping abreast of industry developments
• Develop relationships with new and existing candidates and clients and networking through to map specific vertical markets and become a go-to player/subject matter expert in this field

Requirements:

• Experience in an agency recruitment role (preferred) or in-house talent acquisition to successfully play an experienced 360 recruiter, business development or account management role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• You are passionate with great learning agility and a positive attitude
• Experience in contracting will be an advantage
