• Working hour: Mon – Fri 8.45am – 6pm/ 9.30am - 6.45pm

Duties and Responsibilities

• Specialize in assigned industry to manage the end-to-end recruitment from job posting/data mining to extending offers to candidates
• Provide curated consultation with hiring managers and/or clients to identify their recruitment needs and selection criteria
• Manage recruitment projects from diverse industries for sourcing, pipelining and urgent requisitions
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of key client stakeholders
• Assist with onboarding activities for successful candidates

Job Requirements

• Must possess at least a Degree
• HR experience would be advantageous, but not necessary
• Is enthusiastic and possesses a growth mindset
• Excels in a fast-paced sales environment, self-driven and works well under pressure both individually as well as in a team
