A leading recruitment consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. You will collaborate with clients to identify their hiring needs and manage recruitment projects across various industries. A Degree is required, and while HR experience is advantageous, it's not mandatory. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Specialize in assigned industry to manage the end-to-end recruitment from job posting/data mining to extending offers to candidates
  • Provide curated consultation with hiring managers and/or clients to identify their recruitment needs and selection criteria
  • Manage recruitment projects from diverse industries for sourcing, pipelining and urgent requisitions
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of key client stakeholders
  • Assist with onboarding activities for successful candidates
