Your Mission

As a Recruiter, you’ll be at the heart of our growth journey:

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for our Singapore office, ensuring every candidate has an exceptional experience.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers, guiding them through the hiring process and building strong, strategic relationships.
  • Source and engage top-tier talent, both locally and globally, to build a robust pipeline.
  • Leverage data to drive hiring decisions, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve recruitment processes.
  • Champion our culture, ensuring every hire aligns with our values and contributes to our collaborative environment.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives like referral programs, talent mapping, and salary benchmarking.
