Opening in January 2026, Mokara Gymnastics Academy will be Singapore’s largest gymnastics facility – a 20,000 square foot, state‑of‑the‑art training space located in Perennial Business City, just a 3‑minute walk from Jurong East MRT Station.

Led by internationally certified coaches, we offer fun, structured programmes that build confidence, coordination and teamwork through movement and play.

About the role

Are you passionate about bringing joy to children and nurturing their growth through movement? We are looking for energetic and caring Recreational Gymnastics Coaches who believe in the power of play, positivity, and personal development. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive on creating meaningful experiences for kids — helping them build confidence, coordination, and a lifelong love for fitness in a safe and supportive environment.

No gymnastics experience is required to join the coaching team — only a genuine passion for working with children and helping them grow through movement and play.

Responsibilities
Teach
  • Lead recreational gymnastics classes for various age groups and skill levels, focusing on foundational techniques and physical literacy in line with structured lesson plans.
  • Ensure high levels of student engagement through creative execution of lesson plans and positive reinforcement to keep classes dynamic and enjoyable.
  • Prioritise safety by maintaining proper spotting techniques, equipment checks, and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Stay attentive to students’ physical and emotional needs, ensuring every child feels safe, supported and empowered.
Communicate with parents
  • Communicate proactively with parents, providing updates on student progress, class highlights, and upcoming events in a clear, professional, and friendly manner.
  • Monitor progress and provide constructive and appropriate feedback to students to support their development and motivation.
Continuous and collaborative learning and reflection
  • Engage in regular team‑based reflection sessions to evaluate class effectiveness, refine coaching strategies, and share best practices for continuous improvement.
  • Support special events such as showcases, camps, and holiday programs.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming gym environment.

  • Good physical fitness and stamina if a plus, to actively coach, spot, and safely assist children during classes.
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
