Reports To: General Manager

Manages: Recovery Zone Consultants and Therapists

Works Closely With: Head of Strategic Operations, Head of Operations, Program Manager, Nutrition, Medical and Fitness Leads

Role Overview

The Recovery Zone Manager will lead the strategy, design, and daily operations of all services within the Recovery Zone, including cryotherapy, red light therapy, HBOT, contrast therapies, and therapy room offerings. You'll define a best‑in‑class consumer journey, manage and develop a team of recovery professionals, and ensure our space runs smoothly and efficiently with high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Experience & Journey Design

  • Craft and continuously refine the consumer journey across all recovery modalities, ensuring a seamless, healing, and empowering experience aligned with our brand values
  • Curate recovery therapy packages that are medically aligned, educational, and integrated with our 6 pillars of Lifestyle Medicine
  • Collaborate with the Program Manager to co‑create and run member workshops and educational sessions on topics like mental wellness, breathwork, and biohacking

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee daily operations of the entire Recovery Zone, ensuring each area (Cryo, HBOT, Red Light Therapy, Contrast, Therapy Rooms) is well‑maintained, well‑staffed, and optimized
  • Own the end‑to‑end scheduling of therapies, therapists, and consultants, ensuring operational efficiency and member satisfaction
  • Lead service recovery, handle escalations, and uphold high standards of customer service

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, train, and mentor a high‑performing team of consultants and therapists, ensuring alignment to Morrow's values, operating principles, and service standards
  • Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and training to ensure personal and professional growth of your team
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and service excellence through feedback loops and cross‑zone collaboration

Strategic & Commercial Contribution

  • Partner with relevant stakeholders to ensure all services are contributing to member engagement, retention, and satisfaction
  • Work with zone heads to cross‑refer members where appropriate, enhancing the holistic wellness experience
  • Monitor service performance, implement SOPs, and drive operational improvements across the zone
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in spa, wellness, or recovery operations, with a track record of managing service teams
  • Deep understanding of customer experience design, with ability to map and optimize customer journeys
  • Strong experience in team leadership, training, and people development
  • Proven knowledge in health, wellness, and recovery therapies—such as cryotherapy, contrast therapy, red light, and HBOT
  • Experience in project management and multi‑resource scheduling
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
  • Must personally embody the 6 pillars of Lifestyle Medicine: Nutrition, Physical Activity, Sleep, Stress Management, Avoidance of Risky Substances, Healthy Relationships
  • Strong organizational and decision‑making abilities
  • Passion for service, healing, and human potential
Nice to Have
  • Certification or background in physiotherapy, sports science, or integrative health
  • Experience with medical wellness brands, performance labs, or longevity clinics
  • Familiarity with digital booking and operational tools (e.g., CRM, wellness booking platforms)
